The passage of the DDA or the Disability Discrimination Act is a landmark in itself because of the changes in the way that we do business and are sensitive to the needs of the disabled. Though long overdue, it is not too late for us to rething the way that we do business as well as how we should implement various policies and amenities that are adapted to these special needs.
